Formada em Cinema e Audiovisual pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), com período sanduíche na New York University e na Cornell University, e mestre pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Comunicação da Universidade Federal Fluminense, onde estudou a representação feminina no cinema de horror anglófono dos anos 70 e 80 por um prisma histórico feminista. É roteirista, produtora e diretora. Ofereceu curso de Feminino e Horror na UFF e apresentou diversos trabalhos sobre o tema em encontros nacionais e internacionais. Dirigiu e roteirizou o curta metragem “Silêncio” (2018), além de webséries de variedade. Recentemente, co-escreveu e dirigiu a série documental de true crime “Horror no Horizonte”, uma co-produção de sua produtora, Terra Bruta, com o UOL, e está produzindo o curta metragem “Sebastiana”, selecionado pelo edital de fomento ao audiovisual de Niterói.
